We are delighted to be welcoming Claire Puhlhofer as our new Service Manager. Claire joins us with over 25 years of experience having previously worked for Kia and Jaguar Land Rover as a Service Manager and a Workshop Manager.
Her primary goal as the new Service Manager is to maintain the exceptional quality and standards that our customers have come to expect. Claire is dedicated to upholding our core values and making all of our customers happy.
Claire replaces Matthew Wren, who has left the business following his relocation to the Cotswolds for pastures new, after five years with H&L. We are hugely grateful for Matthew’s hard work and dedication to customer service, and we wish him very well for the future.
Claire has been shadowing Matthew since September, preparing her for the very specific role of Service Manager and to begin meeting our customers.
