Home » News and information » 100% Approval Again from The Volkswagen Group!
We are delighted to have once again received a 100% pass rate during our annual Volkswagen Group (VWG) audit. This audit process is incredibly rigorous and is designed to ensure that every aspect of the business meets the highest possible standards. VWG (which includes brands such as Audi, Volkswagen, Seat, Cupra, and Skoda) scrutinises every aspect of the business, from checking the qualifications of the vehicle technicians, the equipment used and the company’s customer service and overall commitment to quality.
Our Manufacturer approved status is something we have held dearly since 2007. For our customers it is a guarantee that only genuine manufacturer parts and paint are used, that technicians are fully skilled and quality standards are followed to the key. For additional reassurance, all repairs come with a Repair Authenticity Certificate from the manufacturer itself.
Despite having plenty of VWG audits under our belt, we have never rested on our laurels. Our 100% pass rate demonstrates that as a company we are fully committed to quality and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that every aspect of our business meets the highest possible standards. This includes always investing in the future and developing skills for new technologies.
Future ready and approved for Electric
With more and more people turning to electric vehicles, we have been working hard to invest in this growing area. And now, in addition to receiving approval from The Volkswagen Group for conventional vehicles, we are also recognised and approved for electric vehicles.
This is a significant achievement for the company, as it highlights our dedication to preparing for the future and staying ahead of the curve in the automotive sector. For you the customer, it is a badge of confidence that we have the specialist training required to work on electric vehicles. For example, with accident recovery and repairs electric vehicles must first be fully isolated before being worked on as there is a risk that the damaged car could become “live”. H&L have to adhere to very strict safety procedures for receiving a damaged electric car and our staff are fully trained to implement all the necessary safety standards to work on your vehicle safely.
If you would like to know more about the manufacturer approved audit process or electric vehicles, then please do not hesitate to get in touch to talk with one of our specialist vehicle technicians by emailing contact@hlmotors.co.uk or calling 020 8977 5865 .
